These terms apply when you buy or use a ticket for Signal With Noise's AR trail experiences ("the App"), including "Build A Rubbish Dinosaur".

What you're buying

A ticket gives one person access to play a specific trail experience via a web browser, for as long as that trail remains available. Trails may have a specific start date and end date, shown on the exhibition page — access is only valid during that window.

Age and supervision

This experience involves walking outdoors to real GPS locations (parks, beaches, and similar public spaces) and is intended for family/child play. Anyone under 13 should be supervised by an adult at all times. Please read the in-app safety information before starting, and use your own judgement about weather, tides, traffic, and other hazards — see our full safety notice in the app.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in GBP (£) at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details. Once payment is confirmed, your ticket is activated immediately.

Refunds and cancellations

If you haven't started the trail, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once you've started the trail, tickets are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Ticket codes

If you're given a ticket code (e.g. via a separate booking platform) instead of paying directly in the app, that code is valid for one device only and cannot be transferred or reused once claimed.

Availability

We aim to keep each trail available throughout its advertised dates, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — for example, GPS accuracy, mobile signal, weather, or technical issues may affect your ability to play. We are not responsible for issues caused by your device, browser, or internet connection.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Signal With Noise is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App outdoors, except where caused by our negligence. You use the App and visit trail locations at your own risk, and should follow the safety guidance shown in the App at all times. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under UK law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to bypass payment, share a single ticket across multiple people beyond its intended use, or interfere with the App's operation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
